Leadership today is about more than results - it’s about shaping environments where people feel safe, connected, and inspired to do their best work. I believe the workplace experience is one of the most powerful influences on our lives, and leaders play a central role in shaping it.

Through my work, I partner with leaders to design intentional cultures and experiences that blend empathy with innovation. Together, we create spaces where people thrive, not just as professionals, but as humans. This is how impact multiplies: when leaders grow, entire teams and organizations transform.
my story
After 10 years+ of designing customer experiences through research, co-creation, and concept development, I had a heartwarming realization: happy employees are just as essential as happy customers.

That moment clicked for me while working with the “backstage” teams - the ones behind the scenes who keep everything running. As we looked for ways to improve the customer journey, I realized we needed to zoom out and take a more holistic view. It wasn’t just about the end user anymore - it was about every human in the ecosystem, and every touchpoint that shapes their experience. That’s why I now prefer talking about TX: total experience, rather than just CX.

With a lifelong love for working with people - for people - I followed a growing curiosity and took a coaching course. That was the beginning of a new chapter. Now, I blend my background in design with coaching to help shape workplaces that feel more human: a little safer, a little kinder, and more welcoming for everyone.
So much research - especially in neuroscience - shows how much more we can do to help people not just function, but truly thrive at work. And honestly, this is where I know I can make a real difference.
