hello
I’ve worked with human centricity for over a decade, and been shifting my focus from customer experience to employee experience when I realised that starting with CX felt way too late to make an impact. I got into coaching to start working with leaders, because great leaders leads to great employee experience, to great customer experience, and ultimately to sustainable profitability.

Having worked and lived in multiple countries and working in different environments, I learned that everything starts with CEOs and founders. They set the tone for culture, consciously or unconsciously. Especially in smaller organisations with high stress and heavy workloads, things can quickly start to slip. People burn out, disengage, and leave.

That’s why it has never been more important for leaders to develop self-awareness, not as a “nice to have,” but as a foundation for expanding their capacity to stay present, grounded, and human in moments of pressure.

There is very little that feels stable or certain in today’s world. Being operationally competent, something we’re often taught in school, is no longer enough. Adaptability is not a trait; it’s a practice.

For those who build and lead, the work starts with knowing yourself. From there, you learn to truly see your people — and to create spaces where others feel safe enough to be themselves. I coach leaders and run programs that lead to deeper self-awareness and the capacity to stay present in complexity. Building the capacity needed to hold a strong vision meanwhile holding people helping you build it.
