Team activation workshop
This is the antidote to burnout, surface-level “team building,” and forced fun. This workshop is designed to activate your team — to wake up the energy in the room and spark real connection.
Through play, reflection, emotional awareness, and nervous system resets, we shift how your team relates to themselves, each other, and the work you do together.

You’ll understand:

how stress and disconnection affect performance, collaboration, and nervous system regulation

your own self-awareness and emotional patterns - and how they show up in a team context

how playfulness fosters trust, creativity, and psychological safety
You'll also experience:

what’s currently blocking your team’s energy and engagement - and take first steps to reset it together
