Team productivity starts with psychological safety - and at the core of that is our ability to understand both our own and others’ psychological needs.

Together, we’ll look at how leadership is currently showing up, set intentions for more connected teamwork, and through workshops and coaching, create a culture where people feel truly seen - and want to give their best to an employer that shows care and respect.

The way I work is flexible: I can support teams over a focused 4-week engagement, or work on an hourly basis close to HR and leaders - spending time in the organisation to observe, interact, and help shift behaviors through insight and small, intentional changes.

Together with the managers, we’ll explore how leadership is currently showing up — the styles, patterns, and behaviors we’re seeing. Then we’ll look at what we actually want to shift, based on our goals and what the employee well-being data is telling us. The truth is, people take their cues from leaders - so if we want real change, this is where it begins.
