Why do you think people quit their jobs?

There are many reasons for that you think. Many factors.

But there is research done so we don't have to guess. Thank you neuroscience!

It's belonging cues that makes us stay at work.

Want to test belonging with your team? This is questions you want your employees to answer in one way or another.

- Do I feel safe? Observe vulnerability level.

- Do we share a future? Listen to how employees talk about the relevance of what they do in a future.

- Do I feel connected? Investigate physical, social and emotion connection.

The power of belonging cues doesn't end here because belonging cues reminds us we are human.

Belonging feels like it happens from inside out, but in fact it happens from inside in.

Thanks to amygdala in our brain, we all constantly scan for danger... and for connection and belonging.

So no matter how rational we are, we can't escape our amygdalas brain.

If you want people stay, help their amygdalas thrive 🧠
