Staying human always wins

There is just this one thing which some leaders forget.

They can be the smartest, most intelligent people on the planet.

... A top candidate who establish purpose and just incredible in doing business.

But sometimes they lack this one thing - staying human.

Not everyone is able to express they regret, showing empathy and giving a hug if needed.

One might think they have a bigger mission than regulate everyones emotions?

Well, being a human is a pretty important mission on itself.

And when the shit hits the fan, leaders are here to show that we are in the same boat and we will help each other.

Delivering shitty news with a poker face it's great. If your employees are robots.

Don't forget to build safety and share vulnerability, besides doing business.
